Stayed for one night, usual Premier Inn room 508, but the mattress needs changing, it was not very comfortable at all, I didn't like the pillows either, but that is probably a personal thing, as I don't like hard pillows. No milk either in the whole hotel, pretty poor I felt.

We came for the night for the 80's music concert mid-Aug. Usually very happy with a Premier Inn, but quite a lot of issues in our room re cleanliness and upkeep.
Check-in was easy.
Carpets in hallways were a little worn on each door way and different in our hallway.
As per the pictures, mould in the grout on the edges of the bath, paint peeling due to damp under the sink, the chair was BADLY stained, (I would never have sat on that chair - DISGUSTING!!!). The pillow case had 3 black marks and finally under the pictures the wall was badly damaged with a botched repair.
Otherwise great location to the Piece Hall

Lovely example of what Premier Inns do best, location is ideal, slightly tricky getting into the carpark as no signs on the main road, and when parked no signs within the carpark to say where to go to get to the hotel, but apart from that and a small bit of redecoration needed in the room, all was great, had a lovely stay, defo re book.

We stayed here due-to the locations.
I have not stayed in premier inn for years, and I think this is my last. The room was pretty grim, just not clean… hairs in the bath and in the toilet seat. The hotel just smelt fusty. I know this was always going to be basic, but simply having a clean room isn’t too much to ask for.
It's a town centre Premier Inn. You know it'll be clean but unremarkable.
The Beefeater restaurant will, by now be closed but you can walk a short distance into town.
Parking £15 for 24 hours next door.
It's okay... nothing more
