  The room we stayed in had a good chunk of mould in the shower, dirt on the door and our shower flooded into our room. The breakfast was mediocre- ancient toasters which barely worked, croissants so tightly packed they merged together. Really happy to see that we were put in a room right beside a main road, so much noise! A concert night so it was also super expensive, not happy.

  From the moment an issue arose, Joseph went completely out of his way to resolve it quickly, professionally and with genuine care. What could have been a frustrating experience was turned around entirely because of his attitude and customer service. He kept us informed throughout, stayed calm under pressure and made sure everything was sorted properly rather than just offering a quick fix. What really stood out was how personable and approachable he was. Joseph made us feel valued as guests, took the time to listen and spoke to us with warmth and respect throughout our stay. It’s rare these days to come across someone who clearly takes such pride in their work and genuinely wants customers to leave happy. Thanks to Joseph, our experience at the hotel improved massively and we left feeling very well looked after. He is a real credit to Premier Inn and the kind of staff member that people remember long after their stay. Please pass on our thanks and recognition for the excellent service he provided.

  Sana asad was very kind on our arrival we booked the wrong date but they helped us with a room on the same day. I highly recommend this hotel with helpful and kind staff
