- MKMumtaz Khan1 day ago3.0Only dropping stars for staff at reception needs to be for friendly. I was dealt in a very u appropriate manner. Man at reception with glasses on 27 July. Just check his style of talking on CCTV very aggressive tone. There was queue for checkin. I was second one in the queue and he declined to serve me because I was last one entered the building. I didn't jump the queue etc I was pretty ligit. He was not even maintaining any record of who showed up first or last. He was very picky man. Funny enough he was happy to serve someone who came after me first. Self service machine was initially not working but later it worked. Thank God I didn't had to face this man again.

He made sure I was checked in quickly and efficiently and was fabulous at dinner service. The hotel looks to be recently renovated and feels fresh and new. Overall a great stay and if I am back for work I'll choose this hotel for my stay again.

We booked 4 for people 2 adults and children.The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was very powerful which was great. The price is reasonable we paid £69.00. As we came for a night to stay at the hotel for a family wedding. Only thing is as with a lot of premier inns, I wish they would put a normal plug near the bed and not one of those usb ports! Very annoying if you don't have a usb ended charger.
