  Great for younger children, we went on a weekday in the morning so wasn't too busy. Met 3 characters, had story time, loads of slides etc. Toddler and parent deal was great

  Thank you Hazelle, Erin and Dan! I was really happy to find a pressed penny machine here. I couldn’t find any information about it on internet before coming, so I wanted to leave a review to help other collectors. Glad I could add one more coin to my collection!

  Son loved it. Got to meet his favourite characters and burned off some beans on the soft play. Lost a point as except bananas, every food choice was unhealthy. Processed sandwiches, crisps, chocolate etc. Shame but the gimmick thing itself was excellent and we'll return if we're back in Blackpool

  Fantastic place for little Julia Donaldson fans! Online it seemed as if the different zones were more seperate than they were, but there is so much to do. Worth noting if you go at a busier time it can be difficult to keep track of your little ones as the play areas are dark and there are things and lights and kids everywhere. That said, the selection of play equipment is fantastic and really from toddlers right up to older children there is something for them to do. The staff are fantastic and so welcoming and engaging with the children. We seen the Zog dragon school show when we visited and it was great. My toddler loved it and it was perfect length for little ones. The wait for coffee was so long and so slow moving I gave up 😂 but other than that I can't fault the place. Amazing changing room for all disabilities. And toilets were spotless. The shop is great too! Booking online is best so you can book a time slot to enter and not have to wait as their entry is small and easily gets crowded with prams etc.

  The attraction itself was fine, but the way the photos were redeemed was a joke. We pre-ordered the photo package for 3 photos, tried the self serve and then told it doesn't work. So we picked out the 2 photos we wanted and then left them to print them off. We were handed the photos and got home to find 2 of the photos were duplicates meaning one was missing. Contacted the place, referred to photo team, photo team referred us back to the attraction and a requirement to attend in person (80 miles away) with no offer to post the missing photo or even provide us with a link to download it. Needless to say we have given up because of the shocking attitude to push blame to others.
