- TUTHL UKtoday3.0Came down yesterday as the new refurbished tunnel was finally open. Sadly, there was barely any sea life in the tunnel so we were just looking at water! Really disappointed as we waited months for the refurbishment to finish so we could bring our baby!! Staff are lovely here. Parking should be better. Easy to get about with pram. Price however is super high in comparison to how much there is to see or do. Had vouchers yet the website had nowhere to apply the vouchers for tickets so that was also really annoying.
- MQMichael Quigley1 day ago5.0Came for our two little boys, a 1 year old and a 3 year old. They both had a wonderful time looking at all the beautiful sea creatures. Kept us nice and cool in the hot weather as well. All the staff were so helpful and kind. Thanks for having us!

What really stood out were the staff all really friendly and knowledgeable, all made such an effort to engage both kids and adults
- ATandrew tck4 days ago4.0The aquarium is not that big. The ticket price is kinda high compared to the size of aquarium. Luckily, when I went there, I can see the sharks that I planned to see. The whole aquarium is well organized and clean with variety of animals shown (turtles, lobster, octopus and even cockroach etc).
- AMAsh Mccutcheon6 days ago2.0Went here for a holiday. Was greatly disappointed. Tunnel was broken despite saying online it would be open. Was offered 40 percent off next visit but we are not local. Exhibits were not clean and high up so kids struggled to see. Maybe boxes to help this? Also lack of rear sea life which for a big aquarium is very disappointing. Over all for the price you pay felt very disappointed and would have preferred a partial refund as not local
