  Excellent hotel in pretty good position. (We were visiting the zoo)Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet and was really good. We'd definitely stay again if we come back.

  Terrible stay! Booked here for 3 days based on reviews for a family holiday and we hardly slept the room was so hot and it was April. We had a fan in the room but was still 23.5° at night and could not control the heating. Could not sleep under the duvet it was awful. Reception were aware and we were moved but still a hot room. Contacted guest relations and the service was terrible telling me I booked a hotel without air con as though thats my fault! Will never use Premier Inn again!

  This is a very convenient place for a Premier Inn, with a car park and just a short walk to South Pier, but far enough away from the front to be quite and calm. One problem is that you have to be off the car park by midday on the day you check out, meaning that if you are only doing an overnight stay, you may as well just go home.

  100% would recommend for a trip to Blackpool. 8 min walk to the tram and seafront. Large secure free car parking. Rooms on Premier plus were clean, well furnished, powerful shower, lots of little extras like coffee pod machine, fridge, bottled water, chocolates. Meal deal well worth the money. Food absolutely 5 star, plenty of choice, great menu, good sized meals. Staff exceptional, friendly, helpful and all seemed happy at work. Something here is working well 😊

  01/05/2026-04/05/26 First of all I want to say a massive thank you from myself and Camelon Juniors Foundation 2016 for the outstanding service!! we are so appreciative. On arrival we was met with a lovely receptionist who was working hard to get our team all checked in. The hotel was situated right beside the park and ride to take us to the Blackpool cup tournament. The rooms are spacious clean and modern. I slept so well and my lad was spoilt for choice on what bed to sleep in… the double, single or pull out one. The restaurant was clean, with amazing friendly staff. The breakfast was lush with a variety of options to choose from. I was a sucker for the fry ups. The staff always asked about allergies upon arrival. Evening meals are fantastic my son loved the pizza. The chef cooked my steak exactly how I wanted. It was a favourite amongst our party. My son loved talking to the chef. The staff worked tirelessly and managed the influx of people professionally! They are a credit to Premier Inn!!! We look forward to staying again!!
