I had to write a review on the back of an amazing interaction/service we received from the main man DJ (Deji). Extremely polite and helpful and he had a contagious amount of positive energy. By far the best service received from any hotel we have ever stayed in. Deji deserves all the praise in the world what an amazing human!

Lovely staff. Quiet place. We had a room overlooking fields and a stream with sheep. Even heard owls at night. The team were amazing and helpful.

We were late to check in but the lady behind the counter was absolutely charming. She was ao friendly and polite. Very welcoming.
Immediately presented ideas for dinner and guided us towards the best place for a large family to eat.
The restaurant in the Premier Inn was closed and we were aware of that when we booked. This was a blessing in disguise as we went to the pub over the road on the canal and had a gorgeous fresh pizza in a stunning pub!
We then went back there for breakfast which was HUGE!
Our group stayed in 2 premier plus rooms on the bottom floor.
Both rooms well presented. Slept 4 people comfortable in each.
Spotless bathrooms, lovely shower. Lots of towels. Nice shower gel.
Clean tea / coffee facilities in the room.
Air conditioning worked well.
We would go back here. Price was great. Rooms were great. Food options were great. Staff were lovely.
Well done. 👏

I stayed at the Premier Inn, Bilsborough in February, for 3 nights. A family funeral, sad but warm event. The room was superb. Spacious, comfortable bed, good art work on the walls. Bathroom spotless and well designed. Staff lovely.
Breakfast was in the Roebuck next door. Everything cooked to order, rather than kept warm - and tasty!
Very friendly and prompt service from Ann and Jenny every morning.
Brilliant and unstuffy relaxed breafast.
