  Just ordered a chicken tikka skewer for starters at £7 i thought it was skewers and no it was a skewer with 4 pieces of chicken on 2 pieces barely hanging in. The dip tasted so bland and also the chicken was tasteless. Hinestly the company paid for it so im not bothered but for people spending there cash beware

  Me and my partner and child stayed for 2 nights it was cheap and affordable and close to Blackpool so we didn’t have to pay there prices, the hotel was absolutely lovely the food was beautiful and the staff were kind and polite and the restaurant staff were amazing, there was a staff memeber Senena who was so lovely and was so polite and made sure everything was correct, we will definitely look at coming back again

  Shame about the restaurant. Arrived for a four night stay, given a menu to read while we had a drink. Came to order, no nachos, no king prawns , no cauliflower. That’s 25% of the menu gone. As we’re staying for 4 nights, I asked if those items were likely to be available on subsequent nights to be told, I doubt it 🤷🏻‍♂️. I did suggest someone could pop into Tesco tomorrow and do some shopping but apparently that’s not allowed. How do you run out of Nachos which come in a sealed package with a shelf life of 12 months or prawns which come frozen. As we had already had a drink we ate in. It seems the chef had a timer, 15 minutes after our starters arrived, the mains were brought out without anyone checking if we had finished our starters. The food we had was ok but really, who does the ordering? No I know, no one does.🤦 Nice room but it seems we will be eating out on subsequent nights.

  Best Premier Inn I’ve Been Too ✨✨ Me and my partner always stay at this hotel for 2 nights at least 2-3 times a year when we go to Blackpool. Every time we have stayed the staff and service we get has been excellent! The rooms have always been clean and the breakfasts have always been top notch. If we did ever have a small issue the reception staff have always been lovely about it and helped us! There was a guy on reception our first night, who even helped us to book a time for breakfast as we weren't sure on a time, He recommended to us 8:15 would be the best as it wasn’t going be busy. We recently stayed from 14-16th September. On the second night 15th, We had an issue with our key card not letting us into the room as it coming up with an orange light, The woman on reception was absolutely lovely about it! She gave us a brand new key and even came up to the room to made sure it would work! Definitely will return to this hotel no matter what!

  I was unlucky to be out of my home for about 3 weeks earlier in the year and ended up staying in this Premier Inn. It was a tough time but made more bearable by the staff and service at this Premier Inn. The room was nice and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bath was lovely, but I would have liked the water to be hotter. Food was good with porridge and poached eggs being made to order; the poached eggs were excellent! There was a good variety of tea bags in the restaurant too. Parking was easy - you have to register your car on a machine at reception, but this is easy enough. The hotel does get busy at weekends but there are plenty parking spaces. Location is good for transport links to the motorway and not too far away from supermarket etc. A special mention to Jane who kept me sane through all this with great stories and a listening ear. I would recommend this Premier Inn to anyone who needed to stay in the area. The staff go over and above to help and make you feel welcome 😊
