  My wife went to the hotel to help her physically disabled mother access her room. She entered her own car reg at reception but nonetheless received a parking charge. The hotel refuses to take a programmatic approach and cancel the charge until I have gone through a lengthy appeals process with a third party company. What a truly, disgusting and reprehensible business. Do not go here.

  We had a lovely stay at the Preston Premier Inn. The room was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, and we appreciated having two fans in the room, which made it much more comfortable in the warm weather. The restaurant staff were all lovely, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. The food was okay—not the best we’ve had, but perfectly acceptable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we’d happily stay here again.

  I booked a family room which was spacious with plenty of room for the single bed we used. The staff were attentive in arrival, went through meal deal options and guides us through breakfast. We are in the Social Restaurant, the menu was good, with a lot of choice, it was mid week, so not overly busy, but all staff had to be on service, which had they not been, could have been very slow. All in all the experience was as to be expected in a Premier Inn, but the staff made the stay.

It took less than **5 minutes** to complete the formalities. ⏱️ The reception staff were warm and welcoming, explaining the breakfast options 🍳🥐 and restaurant timings before handing over our room keys. One thing we really appreciated was the security. 🔐 Access to the hotel floors is controlled by key card, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. After settling in, we enjoyed a delicious pizza for dinner. 🍕😋 The next morning, the breakfast buffet offered both **Continental and Full English Breakfast** options. Everything was fresh, tasty, and filling perfect for keeping us energised during the warm summer weather. ☀️☕🥓 The room itself was spotless, comfortable, well-lit, and thoughtfully maintained. 🛏️✨ Although there wasn't any air conditioning, the hotel had provided **two fans**, which did a great job of keeping the room comfortable during the hot weather. 🌬️ A special mention goes to the staff, who were consistently courteous, friendly, and always happy to help. 👏😊 Overall, this is one of the **best budget-friendly hotels** I've stayed in. 💷👍 It offers excellent value for money without compromising on comfort or service.
