- CCCarl CraneAug 7, 20265.0We stayed in an Airbnb locally just for privacy and costs, I knew the Premier Inn Breakfast were of a good quality and value so it was an easy choice both days.

Staff were friendly when you could find them, but they never seemed to be at reception (particularly strange that there was no one there at peak check out and check in times). Breakfast is average, tables were sticky.
- KLKay LaveryJul 26, 20261.0Do not waste your money upgrading to Premier Plus. Room was like a sauna (and no it wasn’t a hot day). Shower was absolutely rubbish & soaked the full bathroom. Coffee machine was useless, would have been better with a kettle & instant sachets. Never anyone at reception. Heaven forbid you make a complaint, they’re not interested. I’ve been a loyal PI customer for many years & my 3rd PI stay in just a few weeks. Never again.

Breakfast was not up to a standard provided in other Premier Inns we've stayed in. None of the tables had been cleared and cleaned for later people coming into the eating area to have breakfast. The presentation of both the cooked and continental breakfast was poor. Disappointing.... breakfast let this place down.
- JTJaime TurnerJul 18, 20261.0was waiting for 3 hours to just be told I can’t check in as I have a 19 year old with me and I am 16 and is my legal guardian but had no proof they was my legal guardian we both had id to prove our age we was both waiting 3 hours to be told no didn’t even see our room only reception and paid almost £300 just for 2 nights and got told no refund was possible after one receptionists said we can have a refund and another said we can’t and the manager was very rude and so disrespectful
