Check-in was straightforward, and the hotel generally felt clean and well-managed. However, some areas could benefit from improvement. The room was comfortable but felt a little dated, and certain aspects of the stay didn't quite meet the standards I would expect. The food was acceptable, although the menu choices and quality could be improved. Overall, it was an average experience. Nothing was particularly disappointing, but nothing stood out as exceptional either. A decent option for a short stay, but there is room for improvement.

We were all really impressed from the moment we checked in, as the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself was really clean, comfortable, and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Our rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfy, which is always the main thing for me when staying somewhere. Everything felt well looked after and it made the whole stay really easy and enjoyable. Breakfast was also great with loads of choice, and it was nice that everyone in my family could find something they liked. The location was really convenient too. What stood out most was how welcoming everyone was. Sometimes hotel stays can feel a bit impersonal, but the team at the Holiday Inn Preston made it feel warm and relaxed the whole time. Would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Preston!
