  Had a wonderful 1 night stay over in a plus room. Very comfortable, well equipped. Absolutely perfect for us

  Poor you can't check in until 3pm ... Or if you pay £20 your room will be ready in minutes Having said that I forgot to mention the place itself is a great stay with an excellent breakfast and we all will certainly stop again and again when we're down on Oldham

  The breakfast and staff were excellent, the room was so hot at night and even the window or fan helped at all. I prayed Fajr as I'm a Muslim we pray the morning prayer then had to go outside catch some nice cold air for a good 5 10 minutes or more then go back in and sleep. The staff and breakfast was excellent, very nice but the room was terrible I got the prison bed on the side as my mother deserves the best, I was closer to the window and even then the fan or window didn't help hence why air conditioning is really the best solution to have made this from a 2 star to a 4/5. Please get maybe better fans that push out cold air or install Air-conditioning. Thank you, and we really couldn't sleep until after 3:30/4am, not because of noise or anything, just no counter to the mad heat.

  This hotel is a newly built place the rooms are slightly smaller than the older hotels has air con but the windows don't open doesn't have a beefeater ect on site but has a built in restaurant with nice but limited selection of food and drink plenty f parking
