  Spotless clean no air-conditioning and the small white fans while assured were good they were of no use. Used to have a restaurant beside it before which was lovely now only have a wagon outside the door with a 4 out of 10 service and choice

  Wonderful staff. My room was overlooking the industrial buildings. Got woken up at 04:30. There was someone unloading large skip right next to the room

  The rooms are boiling hot. No air conditioner just a small fan provided that doesn't do nothing. Windows don't open. Not a great choice in this summer heatwave.

  Our stay in this Premier Inn had the potential to be a perfect experience. But a few things really let us down. Firstly, we had booked ground floor rooms (which would have been much cooler). But on arrival we were told that our rooms are not ready yet and therefore, we had to stay on the third floor instead. It was like staying in an oven and the fans that were provided were not enough. Secondly, the vegetarian sausage roll that we got as part of one of the breakfast deals was absolutely disgusting. The vegetarian sausages had this inedible rubbary/plasticy material on them (see picture below) We had to peel it off and still, the sausages were tough and sickening so we couldn't finish them. When we raised this concern with staff, we were dismissed and told to contact customer services. There was no apology from staff either. The omelette roll was better, but we felt the egg was quite small for the large roll. I really hope the company will do something about this as it further limits vegetarian options. The drinks and moist blueberry muffin were lovely. On a more positive note, the rooms and the facilities provided within them were fine and we have no complaints regarding those aspects. Overall, wouldn't reccomend this Premier Inn.

  Premier inn providing exactly what you would expect. It was easy to check in/out and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also love that the kids get seperate beds in a family room. The room however was super hot despite a fan and having to stand in the rain to get breakfast from a cabin wasn't ideal. Can't complain too much when you pay so little.
