Good hotel . Restaurant service is good, very friendly member of staff mature lady would even come over and chat with us for a bit which was nice and going beyond her job. Barman with bandana was really nice also.
Rooms clean, but showere pressure was terrible. £3.00 per night for parking. May as well add premium parking if you are going to start charging for it. I dont mind paying extra if my car is safer.

Had a few days off, so decided to spend a bit of time in Manchester. This is ideally located, just of the motorway, near to local shopping, walking distance to ifly and snow centre, and the driving range. Room was good, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Would highly recommended if you are staying in Manchester

We recently stayed at Premier Inn Trafford Centre West for three nights as a family of 9 across one standard room and two Premier Plus rooms. We arrived in the evening and there were plenty of parking spaces available. Registering the car for the car park was as simple as entering the registration number on a tablet and paying a reasonable fee or £3 per night. Check in on the tablet was similarly simple. Having seen both the standard room and the Premier Plus rooms, the Premier Plus rooms were definitely worth the extra as they came with an iron, complimentary water, the Ultimate WiFi and were slightly more spacious. The breakfast spread was also worth the £10.99 per person and had everything you could want including toast, croissants, pan au chocolat, cereals, hot beverages etc. We were also able to special order vegan sausages and porridge which was a welcoming touch. There were two staff members who were particularly helpful and I’d like to thank them for their fantastic customer service. Amar at the bar / reception went out of his way to help me with a couple of issues I had. I was staying with my four month infant and when I booked the room, the website advised me there was no cot available for my stay. This was fine, I thought, and I intended on sleeping my infant on the bed which was proving to be difficult. I spoke to Amar who checked if there were any free cots available and fortunately there was and this was promptly sent to and set up in my room. We also stayed during the heat wave and the room’s AC was not working properly. I spoke to Amar about this and he kindly checked on this and advised me the AC was on heat mode and he fixed this for me and switched it to AC mode and the room was cool enough within half an hour. I’d also like to thank Karen who was servicing breakfast. She was very kind enough to accommodate our large family by finding tables most appropriate for our large family and infant and seated us all together as a family. I’m very grateful to both Amar and Karen for their help. The only other issue we had was the fridge didn’t seem to be working and it failed to keep the drinks cool. I didn’t mention this, however, so maybe this could I’ve been fixed. The hotel was located so close to Trafford Centre, we decided to walk the 5-7 minutes which was particularly useful. Overall, the parking was great, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and the service was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
