- RWRuns withOct 1, 20265.0Really good service staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms were big and clean I would stay here again if I was in the area.
- AEAziz Of EgyptOct 1, 20265.0This is my second stay and will not be the last. It is the same standard of the chain being in UK or Germany which is enough for my business short stays. I would like thank Debbie from the bottom of my heart for her great assistance sorting the mess of my several bookings and for her nice sincere words. See you next time.
- JBJennifer BrowneSep 17, 20263.0So many little things made this stay uncomfortable for me personally. Overall, it was great. Lovely room everything was clean, staff were lovely. But I find it incredibly jarring that there are NO plug sockets next to the bed - but they provide a USB slot. I understand there not being a USBC slot but for the love of god, plug sockets have been around for 70 years. In order to charge my phone after a 7 hour travel day from down south, I’ve had to plug my laptop in at the desk, turn it on and plug my cable in there just so I can do my bits and bobs on my phone before winding down - it’s ridiculous. Each bed side light turns off individually, this is more of an annoyance from a solo traveller, and the pigging desk mirror was on for some reason. The toilet doesn’t flush properly so I have to revisit 3 times to make sure it’s done. Lots of niggly bits - I absolutely feel certain the lack of plug sockets next to the bed is not only a grievance from my self; it’s just ridiculous!
