  Stayed for one night while attending a conference nearby. Got the room for a great price compared to others in the same location. Positives are a good and clean room. A nice breakfast spread, and a nice gesture to get a discount on the parking fee. A few minor hiccups: 1. Check-in: Tried to check in through the kiosk at 7 PM for a 3 PM check-in time, for some reason it kept giving me a message that my room isn't ready yet. Evene up having to wait half an hour to get checked-in manually. Not ideal – I'd really appreciate kiosks that actually work instead of just being there to cut down on staff. 2. The room had a weird odour, probably coming from the bathroom/toilet. It would be great to have some room freshener around. 3. It was quite a warm day and for some reason the air conditioner/thermostat kept turning off despite me turning it back on, not sure why. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable and I would recommend it.

  Went to eat before a concert only a few people in restaurant the girl waiting on was Dorka she walked past us several times whilst we were waiting to be seated would not make any eye contact after waiting 10 minutes being completely ignored i had to physically call her over only to be told no more bookings could be taken as they where short staffed there had to be at least 20 empty tables the attitude if this young lady needs to be seriously looked at. It would have taken her seconds to come over and explain they were short staffed and not taking any bookings instead of pretending we were not there and then getting irritated as we dare speak to her. Rude dismissive individual who needs to know courtesy costs nothing. Had a brilliant meal at the Football restaurant opposite so all was not lost

  Really fabulous stay. Rooms were great, food was great and the service was exceptional, especially Tayla, who was amazing and took our chaotic big-group order in her stride!

  We visited Manchester on 29/5/26 and stayed at Premier Inn Old Trafford, in a Premium Plus room, really happy from start to finish, Debbie on reception was great, really cheerful and helpful, a lovely welcome.. room very clean and comfy, lovely rainfall shower.. great location for the 02 Warehouse. Fab breakfast in morning well worth the money filled us up nicely for journey home. All staff seemed happy which was nice to see. Will be back.

  Good hotel, great location next to Wharfside Metrolink tram stop with trams to city centre, and across the road from stadium. Rooms clean, spacious. Breakfast good, restaurant is clean and spacious. Bar serves various drinks and light refreshments. Check-in very easy using self service machines.
