  Family room 103. Exceptionally clean. Really comfortable beds. TV. Tea/coffee making facilities. Irons/ironing boards available to borrow. Hairdryer.Well situated for getting into Manchester. Staff really helpful and welcoming. If yr staying at the hotel you can eat at the Beefeater next door, just closed to the general public now. Def recommended

  We stayed here to be close to my mum who was in the nearby hospital, so it was convenient. There were some basic shops around 200m down the road for some petty purchases. We were there over a week but really didn't fancy dining at the Beefeater, which has since been incorporated into Premier Inn, as it's attached to the hotel. The service was very good, as it is in most Premier Inns. Adam was great and Rose was good too. Massive issues with the noise, it's one of those buildings where every time someone treads on each one of the stairs, it echoes through the nearby rooms, in which we were in; ditto the corridor. So the pounding didn't stop all day and to 3am... Especially amplified as it was the school holidays so the kids running up and down... annoying. I guess if you're in a room far from the stairs/lift, it's better. Made it hard to sleep, or take a nap, most of the time. The room itself was satisfactory. I would only stay here due to a personal location preference, or if there was no other choice.

  Does everything ot says on the tin but on the other side they have closed the beefeater for drinks during the day and only serve drinks during meals

  Brilliant, only thing was that the bathroom sink plunger was jammed shut, had asked reception to fix it and it was passed to maintenance but never looked at. Other than that it was comfortable and nice with close proximity to the city centre

  I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to leave a wee review ti share our experience with this premier inn. We recently stayed here over the weekend and the Sunday before too due to attending a couple of concerts in the city. We/my husband inperticularly uses premier inns a lot, like every other week almost and had done for over 10 years, and I must say the staff went above and beyond. We dont normally have issues etc but we did have a small personal issue on Saturday night and Rachel who was behind the desk was ever so helpful, she seen i was in my pj's and she decided to go above and beyond to save me a trip to the 24 hrs garage over the road (as it was nearly 1am). She helped immediately and resolved our problem. I was hoping to catch her in the morning but she wasnt there when we were leaving. Thanks so much Rachel. I hope premier inn realise how lucky they are to have you 🫶
