- AFArron Fishertoday1.0Shocking place, literally no staff to the point your being turned down for food and even drinks at the bar! The tram outside along with other noises keep you up most of the night, place needs a manager that know how to run a hotel, paid for premium room and only benefit is the mattress other than that book the standard room
- PMpaul mcloughlin1 day ago5.0Can't say enough about this hotel, location staff, especially the staff, they are soo soo helpful. Food, drink location etc excellent, beside Tram, bars restaurants, cafes
- CCCynthia ChanOct 4, 20261.0Worst hotel stay in terms of cleanliness. There are shit-like stains on the toilet paper dispenser (quite sure it’s something nasty that can be removed using wipe, i tried). Lots of hair/ body hair on the bed sheet and blanket (i got rid of some so the picture only show 1/4 of those). I wanted to throw up as i typed - absolutely disgusting. NOTE: i paid GBP186 for a night so it is not even a budget hotel price. Will never again trust any Premier Inn. Will also write a complaint email when I have time. Please pay attention to these important and basic details!
