- DPdavid partlow2 days ago1.0Made a booking as used many times but this time emailed hotel around 20 times and no replys at all real bad customer service from this hotel even went on there facebook and they sent them emails to reply to me and still no responce at all real ignarant staff and bad customer service BEWARE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THEY HAVE EXTREMLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
- GMGuy Massey2 days ago4.0Standard premier inn. Service was prompt. Room clean and quiet. Had breakfast in the north hotel with family and it was ok, standard premier inn fare. Parking is expensive but it's an airport hotel so understandable

Yes they did switch it on when requested but it took forever to cool the very warm room. And the at 1am it automatically switches off and you need to get out of bed to turn it back on. Not acceptable premier inn, therefore that will be my last visit to your brand.👎
- GMGarry MooreJul 23, 20263.0Rooms are clean and so is inside. The appearance from the outside isnt so good. The grounds need some maintenance and the building needs a wash and lick of paint. Food was spot on but the drinks are £7.50 gor a pint. Would come back again but maybe bring my own drink for a few cans in the room
