- KDkathy davies5 days ago2.0Stayed in room one on the 11th and 12th,was surpose to stay another two nights ,couldnt stay ,room was so rundown needed painting,smell of damp ,so hot you couldng even open the window because of the rats outside everywhere .Booked next door for a meal at 8 in evening said theyd closed and i said why bother taking a booking then and s man turned round and said were closing in a month anyway ,very poor customer service,will never go there again and put me off all premier inns in the future

When I arrived, the attitude and behaviour of the staff at the reception were not welcoming and I was not treated professionally. Furthermore, the bathroom in my room had a very unpleasant smell, which made my stay uncomfortable. I was not satisfied with the condition of the room and expected a much better standard of service. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve the experience for future guests.
- JGJeanette GatesJul 15, 20263.0I stsyed during the warm weather and didn't sleep the 4 nights as I was there due to no air conditioning. All my drinks were warm due to this and the fan didn't help at all. I tried going outside the hotel but the amount of rats running around made my anxiety very bad, so I had to go back to my room which was so hot. The staff at reception were lovely and very understanding especially 2 of them were nothing was too much trouble. I won't stay here again as much as I love the comfy beds sorry
