  Frequently stay here while visiting Liverpool. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always tidy and full serviced. Breakfast is freshly prepared, with delicious cooked and continental foods.

  Can’t fault the room or the service, the staff were really helpful and happy to see us, It was a member of staff that encouraged me to write a review for feedback for the management, as I had noticed that my room was above the smoking area which meant that the smokers as they did in which ever premier inn I have been in go for a smoke quite late before heading up which meant a lot of talking also the smoke managed to drift into my open window (there was a heatwave on at the time) in the winter shutting the windows is ok but not in the summer, if the smoking area was across the car park this would have been avoided

  The most owfull experience i had . Dirty pool. And not answering. Ive been member of gym and pool for mor than 1.5 year and since 6 monthago I've been trying to cancel my membershipship but they don't answer or saying they cand do that . When they wanted to register me it was just 5 minutes to sort out everything but now no one answer it .buy claiming this they still charging me. Each time im calling them I was on phone 20 minutes but no one answer it

  Stayed for 2 nights,spacious room. Very friendly staff,even managed to surprise our little one on the spot. Thanks to Jennie,she’s very sweet and thoughtful and the others for making our stay memorable.
