  Arrived very late after a short drive from Liverpool airport and was greeted by the most friendly young lady on reception that I think I have ever met at a hotel. We had a very comfortable and peaceful night's sleep in a very clean room. Breakfast was fantastic, all fresh and with the hot breakfast cooked to order I couldn't fault. All served again by the most friendly member of staff (sorry didn't get names). The staff are a credit to the company and really make this hotel one of the best I have stayed in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

  Frequently stay here while visiting Liverpool. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always tidy and full serviced. Breakfast is freshly prepared, with delicious cooked and continental foods.

  Can’t fault the room or the service, the staff were really helpful and happy to see us, It was a member of staff that encouraged me to write a review for feedback for the management, as I had noticed that my room was above the smoking area which meant that the smokers as they did in which ever premier inn I have been in go for a smoke quite late before heading up which meant a lot of talking also the smoke managed to drift into my open window (there was a heatwave on at the time) in the winter shutting the windows is ok but not in the summer, if the smoking area was across the car park this would have been avoided
