  Only one night stayed, room was very clean, quiet as we were at the back of the hotel, ncp car park is directly over the road from the front of the hotel. Flat rate charge of £10 for overnight parking which is perfect.

  the rooms are really dated, can hear every footstep creaking from all adjacent rooms and the hall. there is no working extraction in the bathroom so there is mold build up and a stagnant odor, and steam hangs for ages after a shower. the water pressure is a dribble. my room was not cleaned properly, as grey and pink stains all over the bathroom as well as greasy marks over the bedroom walls. one of the bedside lamps is literally hanging off the wall. on the plus side, the bed is comfy and there is a tub. there are not enough vegan options to warrant attempting to eat here - didn't bother paying for the breakfast or dinner

  Absolutely amazing experience. I had accidentally booked for the wrong dates and Bex behind the counter was an angel. She sorted things out for us, got us a room and the whole experience ended with us laughing instead of stressing over the situation. I would recommend this premier inn 100%, if for nothing else (except the room was also lovely, clean and very comfortable) for Bex, an absolute star <3 we hope you enjoyed the bath bombs girl 🫧🛁

  Premiere in -Moorfields - Liverpool City Centre Very poor customer service. Stayed there for 1 week. They didn’t even clean the room or change bedsheets once. They left 1 bath towel to be shared by 3 people. No hand towel at all. Asked the reception staffs many times to clean the room early in the morning , they said they put on their list but nobody turned up to clean the room or supply towel. Some of the reception staffs were saying Premier inn only clean the room once every 6 days. We stayed in the Moorfields Liverpool City centre for 7 days and ask many times to clean the room, Our requests were simply ignored. No manager or person in charge in sight. Each time ; we had to ring the bell. Still no staff turned up. We had to go and search to find a reception staffs many times.

  I've stayed at a lots of hotels and this place was nice. Beds are so comfy, pillows perfect had a really, restful sleep. rooms spacious, did have issue with TV apparently it wasn't tuned in but that was fixed within 25nins. do t get why the TV wasn't tuned in the first place if they know they have paying guests! but, other than lovely stay breakfast was nice @7.45am they had no eggs left, I approached one of the lady waitresses who was lovely by the way she said to take a seat and she will get the chef to make poached eggs for me, she even brought them over and those eggs were perfect!! . Thankyou Premier Inn for a lovely stay. Shane about the 4estaurant.
