  Stayed in lots of premier inns over many years. This particular one was perfectly placed its clean and staff were helpful. The 12pm checkout is brilliant if you want to leave your bags and go for breakfast in the center of Liverpool before going home

  Could of done having just one mattress on the double beds, also could do with better climate control in the rooms. The main issue i had what should of been the easy access connections to hook hdmi usb etc actually to be connected to the TV, I dont eat breakfasts in any premier inn purely I find them over priced for what you get. I cant fault it for location

  Location was great. Service was great, except for in the bar. The bed and bathroom were clean. Everything else had an air of grubbiness to it. Walls and carpets, all the fitted furniture, paint or vinyl finishes split, cracked and peeling. The lift was actually disgustingly dirty, dirt debris and stains on the floor, splashes up the walls. The TV remote was the dirtiest I've ever seen.

  Very convenient for both the city centre and Lime St. Station (10 minutes / 15 minute walk respectively). There is an NCP park park directly opposite the hotel if you are driving. The staff at this Premier Inn were extremely friendly and helpful from housekeeping, reception, restaurant and bar staff. The GF breakfast was, as usual with Premier Inns, plentiful and tasty. Will definitely look to use thus Premier Inn when visiting Liverpool in the future.

  I visited today at 2:00 PM for an appointment and experienced the rudest check-in staff I have ever encountered. The receptionist literally cut me off mid-sentence while I was trying to explain why I was there. They just grunted to tell me where to sit and mumbled something about paperwork. When I went back to the desk to clarify because it wasn't clear, they actually started arguing with me. Thank goodness I was only there for a quick appointment and not an overnight stay. I would never recommend this place. Looking at other reviews, it is clear they have a widespread issue with rude staff. Management seriously needs to invest in staff training, or these individuals need to find a job where they don't have to deal with the public.
