  I like this hotel due to its unique location and very affordable prices. Besides,their staffs are very accommodating and friendly . The safety of their customers and guests are paramount to them and they have zero tolerance to disturbances. Please find time to visit this lovely hotel. Thanks a lot

  Great location! It is by the motorway half an hour away from Yorkshire Dales and Lake District, too! The hotel is your normal Premier Inn with a restaurant/bar next to it. It has a huge car park, too. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

  PROS - Bill on reception was excellent. Took the time to make sure that I had a quiet room. CONS - Room window is jammed open - they haven't bothered to replace the broke lock - Breakfast was an absolute shambles. Juices had run out, not topped up. Food taking ages. Queues waiting to be shown to a seat. In the end I took a refund and left.

  Got checked in ok. We were advised to book a table for dinner as the kitchen was only open till 8.00pm which we did. Arrived at the restaurant at 6.30pm only to be told there would be a 40 minute wait from ordering food to it being served at the table. In the end it turned out we waited 50 mins. As we were about to Order the girl taking orders gave us a list of about 12 items that were off the menu as they only had one chef on that night and they were short staffed. I felt sorry for the two young staff working the front of house who were left to work under extreme pressure. When the food arrived it was fairly average. The Restaurant is well past its best in need of a tear down and rebuild. It was grubby and run down and the toilets were well overdue a revamp. Wouldn’t stay here again based on our experience.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!! Dirty underwear, used toenail clippings, and a boiling hot room. The room was completely unacceptable. Upon walking in to the room, it was completely unhygienic and not in a clean condition. There was used underwear from the previous guests on the floor behind the bed, that had not been removed. There were also old dirty toenail clippings on the floor next to the bed. This was disgusting. The room was also 28°C overnight, which made it borderline impossible for myself and my partner to get any quality sleep. The fan provided made marginal difference in cooking the temperature of the room, and was incredibly loud, further hindering our sleep. We contacted the customer service team after our stay numerous times, but we were told that there was nothing they could do to accommodate us, despite us showing photo evidence of the dirty underwear and the toenail clippings in our room. I’ll let you make your mind up as to whether this is a hotel that you would look to stay in. EDIT: As stated, I have already contacted your Guest Relation Team, and they provided nothing more than an insincere apology.
