Nice hotel. Swimming ang gym at the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Dog friendly hotel which is good. Hotel rooms clean and spacious. Dove toiletries provided. Outside park for children. Breakfast could have been better.

Stayed here for 1 night ,rooms were ok basic I would say , food at night was awful , they didn't have a lot of things on the menu, I had fish it was the skinniest fish I have ever seen , and it was tasteless. Sat in a booth and these are seriously needing upholstered, ripped, dirty, breakfast was not warm at all , hash browns was still frozen in the middle, solid ,
Would I stay again probably not.

Just right, beds were clean and comfy. Reception staff were polite and happy to help. The aircon was a big plus!
Only thing that let us down was the lack of options available on the menu. As a vegetarian, I struggled to find something to eat (Dominoes delivers).

First of all if I where to rate this hotel -5 stars I would. So let me start from the beginning. So we had just done a 7 hour drive from Scotland and had arrived at the hotel at 1 am and when we get our room 131 and opened the door the stank that came from that rooms AC HAD THIS UNBAREABLE STENCH it was honestly grim and not to mention there was a massive stain on the carpet backed up by one on the wall. Not only was there that but also the worst looking room design like I've seen holiday inn expresses do better (which is basically the cheaper version of holiday inn). The room looked like a room from the backrooms with that yellowish colour. And u know other hotels have futuristic designs like ambient lighting on the bed headrest and soft glowing table side lamps. But this 1 no ambient lighting even tho its more expensive and the lamps looked trash because they didnt have that soft glow. Don't even get me started on the bed side table. It looked awful it was wonky like to the point if u put something on it it would just slide off. So we go and complain and the staff manager tell us he can give us another room and this room was 321. And like whilst the staff manager was guiding me to the new room I noticed that every floor has like its own distinct foul smell and I also noticed there was broken plumbing on the ceiling with pipes exposed and the end of the corridor with 1 pipe exposed with a bucket under it with also 1 room for somereason having rotten food outside waiting on the doorstep. Anyways we check room 321 out and it still stank but a little less and was a little less worse so we took it but when we went to go tap our new card onto room 321 it didnt work so we asked the staff manager and he said that he gave use room 367 because room 321 was booked out and that both room where basically the same tho. So we took it but omg room 367 was even worse than room 131 (our original room). So we do the only logical thing which was to go to the front desk where instead of the staff manager being there there was a staff member there who we complained to which completely was unbothered and just seemed like she wanted to get us out the way and so she got us a refund and we had to do a 4 hour drive in 2 am in the morning because the whole process took a whole hour.
I REALLY REALLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING THERE.
It was the crappiest experience we have ever had with a hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs and try to get other hotels around the area because there probs a bit more decent then this crappy one.

The hotel was fine, but there were aspects that were a bit run down or could have had a bit of a better cleaning, but the thing that pulled this review back was staff member Harry.
We arrived to the hotel, having had our rooms switched due to a fault in our original room, but it wasn't suitable, so we asked to switch, and were then also delayed - but Harry was very friendly and helpful through, apologetic, and did everything that he could to support us, whoch we really appreciated.
If any managers read this, and Harry is not already on the management track, I would highly recommend that you out him on such at the next available opportunity - his customer service was excellent.
