Guy on reception grey hair no people skills not a bit helpful or apologetic. Asked if we would be refunded for early check-in he shrugged and grunted. He was like sit down till we have a clean room. He needs a different job and hotel needs running more efficiently

But got the breakfast the next morning and it was absolutely terrible, very cold and not freshly cooked. Eggs been sitting there a good while, bacon looked like it was reheated or cooked last week, very very disappointed because in most premier inns, the food usually is top class.

It offers good value for money, with regular deals and reasonably priced parking. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the staff were welcoming throughout our stay. I'd definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.
