- ZUZeynep Uygun2 days ago5.0Good location and price.. Clean and big rooms.
- JCJenny ClarkSep 26, 20261.0I definitely do not recommend this hotel; it is very dangerous and lacks any security. My box of injectable medication was stolen—it simply vanished from the table after the cleaner had been in to tidy the room; I had left it right there. I spoke to the manager, but she did nothing to resolve the issue. I do not recommend it; their behavior was very strange, and they were disrespectful on several occasions. Run way
- MMMeSep 23, 20262.0I left my medication behind at this Premiere Imbury location. I called the receptionist, and she said she couldn't find anything, but I remember exactly what I left there. The medication is quite expensive and I need it urgently, yet she simply refuses to acknowledge it, claiming nothing was found. I am waiting for a manager to resolve this because I need my medicine; I suspect someone might have taken it, so they need to investigate. I’ve been to other Premiere locations and had items returned to me when I forgot them—this is the only place where I’m having issues. I’m still waiting.…
- HBHelen BruntonSep 21, 20264.0I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The room Is clean but basic. It's nice not to have to remove 14 cushions, 18 pillows and a counterpane off the bed before retiring.
