Arrived Sunday had to check my self in. Walked to my room the card didnt work. Came to eat after a 6 hour journey and could only be offered 1 330ml drink with my meal deal. Next night went to find something else to eat. 2nd meal was a dry steak that they charged me extra for and it was not even eaten . I would have rather eaten my flip flop. Steak knife was not ridged put a chain saw to my room bill. Staff who has beautiful eyes is a moody woman who seems like she would rather be else where as she has no Customer service skills. I wouldn't have her as my manager as I would have no customers. Internet is poor, swimming in the canal is recommended to cool down as there is no air con. Short walk behind car park, just move the traffic cone, crisps, needles and jonnys out the way. Overall wouldn't stay here again

First day at this place is disappointing. The restaurant is a restaurant I’ve had better food at a low rate burger van. One small bottle beer available at £4 a pop. Bring a pot noodle.

Stayed here many times always a good Stay. Had trouble with booking in. Was no staff on reception. Then wanted £15 ,to check in 45 mins early. Room was ready. Food gone down hill, poor, since queen Victoria as gone when it was great food . No seating area now. Doesn't open to to late. Was no staff around seemed there was no staff. Machine to check in didn't work and was complicated to use and took longer than when staff were on reception. clean spotless room great house keeping team

When someone kept banging doors heavily all night, hard enough to shake the floor and walls, I thought at first that is was a troublesome guest somewhere. The next morning, when it was still carrying on and had gone on right through the night, I realized it was actually the staff who were bashing around the place. A sleepless night, provided by the Burnley Premier Inn team.
