  I stayed here a few dozen times over a couple of years and it was always really good. Well looked after. Friendly, thoughtful staff. Decent breakfast (including nutella, natch), good food in the evenings, comfortable foyer for working. And very easy to get to. Recommended.

  I really like this hotel. It has massively improved from when I stayed there 10 - 15 years ago. The restaurant is well lit the food is absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive to my needs. Amazing customer service, I had an issue in my room which the staff rectified immediately and offered me an alternative room. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Burnley in recent months.
