  Stayed one night , while on a coach trip. From moment we were greeted at the door to the time we left, nothing was to much. Made to feel so welcome.

  We arrived a bit earlier then planned on the motorbike due to the heatwave but with a lovely warm welcome we could check in early and settle in our nice A/C cooled room.

  Decent hotel in a fairly decent spot. Check in was easy, staff were great - room was a little bit less so; 1) the extra pillows which in other HIE's have been sealed into a bag were not sealed (previously opened by other customers?) and one was missing a cover - I went to reception to get a cover and it was sorted immediately; 2) the toilet seat was loose and by the time we'd noticed the wobble it was mid-evening so managed with it and informed reception on checkout the next morning who apologised and said they'd get housekeeping on to it; 3) the shower gel was empty so had to lean out to get the gel from the sink's dispenser - not ideal when you've got the shower on & find out! Again, told reception on departure and hopefully it got rectified for the next customer.

  While it's a budget hotel, it's fairly modern, very clean with friendly and helpful staff.
