  I decided to get an annual ticket after reading the reviews. I had a wonderful time there despite that there were a lot of people and screaming children 🤣. The lady presenting in front of the big tank was excellent. The underwater tunnel was fabulous 🤩 I really love that. I would definitely go again, perhaps at a less busy time to enjoy the tranquility and appreciate the beautiful sea creatures!

  Family of 13 visited last week, 7 kids aged from 2 - 14 and all loved it, so did the 6 big kids, even asking to take them back although I think that'll need to be the Loch Lomond one 🤣 Great to get up close to the turtles and see the sharks but kids loved the hands on stuff and the Dino fossils, because of course they're real x

  The place itself is pretty poorly kept. It’s painfully busy at peak time - you would think they would limit the amount of pre-booked tickets as you have to choose a slot, but no, it’s just a free for all. Cannot understand why you would have a separate queue for pre-booked and pay at the door, when both cashiers are just accepting pay at the door. It’s actually slower if you’ve pre booked because they give priority to pay at the door customers. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend.

  Very angry that your attraction is bank card only. Most people that travel here carry cash. I'm a sandgrown from blackpool tried using my card too gain entry sadly it would not work!! You must need to be more violent as this also happens at cash points i have very good reason that people are watching the bank cards.

  Once you get past the smell of homeless urine in the doorway entrance. It is a relatively easy access. However you can tell it is geared towards maximum customer expenditure. From photos on entrance, to charging you to use the 6 x VR seats you have at the end. Do take some clean wipes for them though before use. There was a 10min presentation in a behind glass show where they tell you about tje sharks and turtles. The usual gift shop at the end has lots of choice, but hefty pricing. All in all we were done in an 1hr. And that was including a slow walk with 2 x children and our own photos. Did the kids enjoy it - yeah they were amazed. So all in all, a good event to goto. But make sure you take some extra cash for extras. Staff were pleasant and helpful when asked. Enjoy.
