  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing stay and certainly not what I expect from Premier Inn. Before arriving, I requested two rooms on the top floor next to each other due to travelling with a disabled child who has additional needs. Reception confirmed the request was on the booking, yet we were placed on a different floor with the rooms nowhere near each other. This made our stay far more stressful than it needed to be. The room was also below the standard I expect. The TV remote was dirty, the curtains had visible food stains, and throughout the evening and night there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and cannabis in the corridor and coming into our room. It made for a very unpleasant experience and certainly wasn't the good night's sleep Premier Inn advertises. The following morning I raised all of these issues with reception. However, when I asked how to make a complaint, I was handed a Google Review QR code instead of being directed to Premier Inn's customer complaints process. I found this very unprofessional. Overall, the hotel failed to meet the standards associated with the Premier Inn brand. Poor room allocation, disappointing cleanliness, smoke smells throughout the hotel and poor complaint handling have left me with little confidence in staying here again. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

  This hotel needs a serious update as it is not fit for purpose. When we stayed earlier in the year it was cold, damp and mouldy with water on the inside walls. We have just stayed during the hot weather and the room was boiling and never cooled down, even when thw temperature dropped right down outside. Our room was 31 when we arrived and didn't drop below 29.5, even with the window open overnight. They need to install air conditioning which you get in most Premier Inns and should be able to expect. The staff are always lovely and the locatiin is good for us for local family but I will have to look for another hotel for the future as this one is just deeply unpleasant now.

  Well presented hotel that it’s just on the outskirts of Blackpool, if you are going to Blackpool but don’t want the hustle bustle might be a good place for you. No air-conditioning within the room but staff were attentive to this and provided a fan for when I checked in

  Lovely helpful staff, plentiful free parking, nice comfy bed and pillows I also had a lovely relaxed bath. We also had a great carvery in The Plum Farm pub restaurant attached. Highly recommended also has lifts.

  We stayed 30th May-1st June 2026. Huge shout-out to Beth on reception! She is an absolute Diamond who couldn't be more helpful! Room was beautiful, spacious and we ARE going to buy one of their beds! Breakfast was lovely and chef Simon was lovely and Rosie was very helpful too! We will be back next time we stay in Blackpool! Very highly recommended! thank you for a lovely weekend:-) XxX
