Stayed for a short getaway to Blackpool. Really friendly staff happy to answer any questions and really helpful. Room was spotless and bed was amazing as always at premier inn. Perfect location too for the station and only a short walk into the centre for access to Pleasure beach and Blackpool tower. Will definitely stay again soon. Food next door was delicious too !!

went to book a room here on Saturday and was approached by the female member of staff at front door . Before I had even stepped foot in the building I was being shouted abuse at to “not claim I was pregnant” “not claim I was on my period “ to use the facilities? I assumed there was an event on outside the hotel building however I was there to book a room not to use the facilities or ask to. Then the lady attempted to shut the door in my face and was told to “F### off” before I even got the chance to speak I was actually to stunned to even speak 😂

We are regular guests at this hotel, we booked the Plus room this time in the newly refurbed section of the hotel where the old restaurant was. We were really happy, the decor in the corridor was lovely and our room was amazing and was exactly what we were expecting. As it's seperate from the main building, it was very quiet and hardly heard any other guests walking about. We never had our room cleaned during our stay, but the Housekeeper was very friendly. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and friendly staff. We'll always return as this is our favourite Premier Inn in Blackpool

Encourage to check in on the app and then are told on the app can get the room key from the check in screens. In reception 1 is broken and the other isnt working so standing in a long queue to check in. But online check in is supposed to speed it up?? And only one person on check in. Ridiculous. Service terrible.
