- GMGary Marsh2 days ago5.0Quiet location but not too far from the southern end of Blackpool. Easy to find with free parking if you register your car when arriving.Got a free upgrade to premier plus room which was immaculate. Nice bar and restaurant. Staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. Would stay again.

Close to a petrol station, morrisons & greggs. Room was spotless. Very close to south promenade & all the amenities. Visiting again in october.

- GPGeri PayneJul 21, 20261.0Where to start,nobody at the check in desk ,had to use there own walkie talkie they left unattended on the desk to get in touch with someone. Every single time we tried to get into our room the keycard would not work so multiple trips to the reception needed. Keycard was never ever even near a mobile phone as they like to use that as an excuse ,cant connect phone to tv so was stuck watching normal TV. Had to again return to the reception to get a WiFi code as nothing given at check in . Asked to change rooms so there were no more further issues to be told they were apparently fully booked ,which was a lie as there were still rooms available online to book. Here for 2 nights and writing this review on the first night so more than likely will be writing another one tomorrow, god knows what breakfast is going to be like,not holding out much hope. Really put me off staying in a premier inn ever again and I have stayed in a few ,this by far is tje worst one and I would not recommend to anyone at all EVER. Still no reply of the complaint after 8 days have tried to email, live chat and whatsapp to no avail ,absolutely disgusting
