- RMRani MAHMApr 29, 20261.0Avoid avoid avoid the Gentlemen who checked us in was helpful but thats all after that the rooms had bad smells especially bathrooms stank of strong urine from floors and The pillows are full of body odour sweat smells when even the spare ones were worser really bad kept us awake many times could not even dare put our head near them complained to the older lady staff on checkout 19th april 2026 she just wrote our room number down gave me a card to complain to and just apologised when complaining to premier inn they told me no one complained so just shows you staff did not care probs just chucked my room number complaint in bin very unhygienic and cleanliness was definitely a issue maybe they reuse i just cant prove it
