- GWGeorge Wood1 day ago1.0Rubbish hotel. Good nights sleep guaranteed is just pure nonsense these days. Broken AC in rooms on 11th floor. I ended up using the sofa bed with the tiny windows open to try stay cool. Breakfast cheap and buffet style. Not the usual order it yourself. The area its in isnt pleasant to walk round after dark.

There was a problem with the original room which wasn’t quite right but they quickly gave us another room and that was fine. The friendly staff helped us very well. The dinner menu was good and the food was excellent - we chose the mains Chicken Skewers and Prawn Linguine then Ice Cream Sundae and Banoffee Yoghurt, all delicious. The bed was comfy - nice and quiet and the Ultimate Breakfast was very good, as always.
- PBPatrick Brooks3 days ago4.0Great location for exploring the city centre, and really close to The Deep. 2 car parks, one in the building, one by the road. Choose the one in the building, much closer for hauling luggage. Unfortunately our room hadn't been cleaned and the new room we were allocated needed the 3rd bed making, however the staff member that assisted us was very helpful and apologetic. We paid slightly more for a room with a view, definitely worth it as it overlooks the river and the moving bridges!
