This hotel is what you expect from premier inn but what makes it a cut above the rest is “Wendy” her service / friendliness / attitude and willingness to help was the best part of the stay - she helped me with train times / many questions and a lovely lady
A credit to Premier Inn thank you Wendy 👏👏

Up to usual high standards of premier inn, convenient location next to the station.
Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast refilled quickly during rush periods (we visited bank holiday weekend). Mention of one staff member, Aline who on the Sunday night was a one man band manning the restaurant solo, the check in and other enquiries (due to staff sickness) - she did a Stirling job!

A big thank you to Zahid at Premier Sevenoaks. While I was enjoying my meal, he came over to check if everything was okay and took the time to tell me a little about the dish. Such a thoughtful and genuine gesture that made my dining experience even more special. Great food and excellent hospitality – highly recommended!

Woken at 03:00 by noisy mechanical fan sound, had to go to reception, they checked and couldn’t stop it , had to move room. Wrote to customer service, initially ignored and then given wrong number to call by WhatsApp message , very difficult to complain, finally got an email saying no refund as they solved the problem by moving me to another room in the middle of the night - this took an hour and I lost a good nights sleep. Appalling customer service and forget their guarantee it’s obviously just marketing they don’t honour it!

Solid 4 stars. If you booked through Expedia or Hotels.com, then you'll need to get a person to check-in. They have machines to do it and their system doesn't talk well to Expedia.
Rooms were fine, breakfast was fine, and staff were fine. No on site parking, but some closeby.
Very expensive refreshments (£4.50/coke)
