- RLRachel LovelandApr 15, 20263.0Disappointing stay. The room window faced directly onto the back of a large sign, so there was effectively no view at all. Worse, the flat roof just outside the window was littered with debris, including a discarded beer can, which remained there throughout my stay. This gave a very poor impression of cleanliness and maintenance. I raised this afterwards, but was told no action could be taken because I didn’t report it during the stay—which feels like avoiding responsibility for something that should already be up to standard. The room was 136.

Breakfast disappointing, eggs like rubber, not a regular top up of sundries ie crumpets, croissants. Very disappointing, as been to many premier inns, never had to give a bad review. Plus check in was poorly executed, not welcoming plus very disappointed, won’t be coming back.

Hotel and room very clean and the beds are so comfortable. There is a restaurant on site also a McDonald's and Costa across the road. I have stayed 4 times in various Premier Inns in the past year and have to say they are very good and the room prices are not extortionate.
