  I checked in to room 38 on 29 March. Immediately upon entering the room there was a smell of mold. Black mold was clearly evident on the window frames and in the bathroom. I immeately checked out and relocated to a nearby Premier Inn. Whitbred customer relations refuse to make a refund. One lost fairly regular customer!

  Nice location to stop for the night when heading to or from Dover. Nice clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast. Good value for the room and decent location

  Stayed for one night. Had a lovely evening meal and breakfast cooked to order. My only possible gripe was the receptionist on check in was a bit frosty when I wasn’t keen on booking a set time for dinner and breakfast because I wasn’t sure what time I was finishing and starting work in the morning. She said well I’ll book you in for 08.30. I asked what happens if I’m late? All I got was a shrug of the shoulders and a “you might be refused entry”. I didn’t think that was very professional but next time I’ll book under the name of Lenny Henry. Her attitude cost them 2 stars for service but the restaurant staff were great
