  Fantastic visit to Premier Inn Tonbridge North. The hotel was immaculate. Only downfall was the sleep paralysis mod demon on my bathroom. It mentioned that it wouldn’t leave until I named all members of the Boomtown Rats - in which I couldn’t answer. Pillows were extremely soft

  All good. Easy to book. Good value. Check-in smooth. Room and en-suite clean and comfortable so enjoyed stay and would recommend to others.

  I had a very good stay at Premier Inn North Tonbridge overall, and I would particularly like to thank Sam for his excellent customer service. Sam was incredibly patient and helpful when arranging rooms to meet my request for a room with a window facing the car park. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the room and also helped me get connected to the Wi-Fi. Throughout my interactions with him, he was polite, friendly and professional. His helpful attitude genuinely made a positive difference to my stay. Unfortunately, my experience with another receptionist, Osa, was very different and made my stay unnecessarily difficult. On several occasions during his shifts, both myself and a colleague staying in another room attempted to speak to someone at reception. We waited approximately 10–15 minutes each time, but nobody was present or came to assist us. I also asked Osa for an additional/replacement room key on two separate stays. The first occasion was during a previous five-night stay, and the second was during my most recent seven-night stay. On both occasions, he initially refused to provide another key and instead said he could simply let me into the room and that I needed to find my original card. During the second occasion, he said, “I believe I have spoken to you previously,” in a manner which made me feel as though I was being told off simply for requesting assistance. There was also an issue with my Wi-Fi codes. After housekeeping refreshed my room, the paper containing the Wi-Fi codes had been disposed of. I politely asked Osa if he could reprint them, as I had not saved the details. He refused and told me that he would raise a complaint with his managers regarding why I had been given this level of customer service in the first place. I found this response extremely disappointing and inappropriate. I stay in Premier Inn hotels very frequently because my work requires me to travel around the country, so I am very familiar with the usual standard of service. Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously reconsider staying at Premier Inn North Tonbridge again. I will also be raising this experience with my company, as they regularly arrange accommodation for myself and my colleagues. Based on the way I was treated, I would be reluctant to recommend further stays at this particular hotel unless the concerns regarding customer service are addressed. I would, however, once again like to recognise Sam, as well as the housekeeping team, for the excellent, friendly and helpful service they provided.

  Of course — I’d keep the focus on how they supported your son, as that makes the review more personal and meaningful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding staff and a wonderful stay! We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Tonbridge during our Kent trip. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and supportive throughout our stay, and went genuinely above and beyond to make things comfortable for our family. In particular, they were extremely understanding and supportive of our son’s specific needs, showing patience, kindness and genuine care. Their help made a real difference to us and allowed us to enjoy our trip without unnecessary worry. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and helping create such a positive and memorable Kent trip for us. Premier Inn Tonbridge is lucky to have such a wonderful team! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
