- KWKat Will4 days ago4.0It’s just a regular premier inn. But it has been refurbished and as I upgraded my room was pretty large with all the mod cons. The bath could be bigger and there is only a restaurant next door with limited open hours. No other places to sit and wait if you’re early. There is a McDonald’s next door too and an ASDA petrol station and mini store. Had to get a cab from Sittingbourne station as too far and awkward to walk.
- ZGZack Gill6 days ago2.0couldn’t fault the hotel but staff in the restaurant were very rude and impatient.
- ABAdam BeechOct 6, 20263.0Arrived to great service room was great. Staying over for work. Got to give credit to Danielle the duty manager I hope she gets the credit she deserves works her socks off. They need more staff helping it’s not fair on them. Whitbread and premier inn need to sort it out.
