- AAAndy AldridgeOct 4, 20265.0We visited this branch today for their great value breakfast, as the one we used to go to has sadly closed down. We were pleased to see upon arrival a familiar face, the manager from the previous one is now working at this branch. We was warmly greeted by both Ang (I think her name is) and her colleague (apologies, don't know name yet but she had black hair). The staff were ever so friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we wanted and kept asking if there was anything else required? The breakfast itself, like previous branches, was brilliant. Plenty to choose from, well stocked and all very tasty. This branch has a nice relaxed calm vibe. Despite getting very busy very quickly, you still felt at ease and there was no crowding and everything still available. The staff were very supportive to my parent's needs, both with mobility issues and taking the time to look over the evening menu also. Extremely grateful, can thoroughly recommend this branch and look forward to making this our weekly weekend routine!
- DMDavid MartlandSep 28, 20265.0Had a great weekend stay many thanks to the staff,Tiffany ,Wendy and Sam for their hospitality and friendly service.
- HPHelen PugsleySep 25, 20265.0Great location, a couple of minute walk to train station. Five minute walk into town albeit slightly uphill. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Sam (duty manager) who always made sure everything was running smoothly. Look forward to returning.
- DVDJ VerdeVaSep 20, 20265.0I stayed at Premier Inn Sevenoaks last night. Tiffany and Wendy were the employees working the late shift when we checked in at around 8:00 PM, and they were working breakfast the next day starting at 7:00 AM. They were both incredibly friendly, upbeat, and helpful—they even allowed us to order dessert after the kitchen had technically closed. It was the best customer service I have experienced in an English hotel in recent memory. I am very impressed, and this experience alone has substantially improved my perception of the Premier Inn brand.
- TSThomas SherborneSep 18, 20265.0Great location. And the quality of the breakfast plus overall organisation is a step up over other Premier Inns - which are already pretty good. This one is just better.
