No pizzas, no fish and chips, no prawns, no gammon.. half the menu was off as they'd forgotten to 'defrost' stuff. Appalling service, I didn’t bother eating there in the end. Stayed in some perfectly reasonable Premier Inns, this is NOT one of them, won't be going back!

Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast refilled quickly during rush periods (we visited bank holiday weekend). Mention of one staff member, Aline who on the Sunday night was a one man band manning the restaurant solo, the check in and other enquiries (due to staff sickness) - she did a Stirling job!
