  Staff are really friendly, room is clean and tidy as is the bathroom, breakfast was great, the only downside is that it shares the carpark with a popular local restaurant! I arrived back after a long day's work and couldn't find a space for 10 minutes! Had to park on double yellow lines and come out a couple of hours later to move it🤦‍♂️ Otherwise would have given 5 stars!

  Phone signal is none existant so no internet So i could not play entertainment, so bored for 8 hours Cant connect to the smart tv because wifi bad and need wifi for tv connection. You have to pay extra for decent wifi 😤 I had to choose between sleep and fresh air - as if you open a window theres an active train-line running regularly right next to my window. If your room starts with a 2** you’ll be walking along way, travel light. So for my needs 2/10 Shower and bed - are decent, but you’ll be bored. Never again.

  Typical Premier Inn, located in the small village of Wateringbury. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are generally clean with coffee and tea making facilities. That's were the good news ends, In my recent room the curtains were stained with? I didn't get to close, the table lamp shade also looked yucky. Looking more closely at my room, it simply looked 'tired' the walls, the wood work have all been bashed and scraped multiple times. In the bathroom the skirting boards and bath panel were disintegrating with rot. The breakfast was OK though the unlimited English breakfast was limited to one order only, my order was incorrect 2 days out of three and much of it was served lukewarm at best. Wateringbury used to be a quiet small village but is now often grid locked with through traffic, it is however an interesting place to visit, if only for a day! Premier Inn generally have a good reputation and offer good value, I'm sorry to say this one fails badly and is in desperate need of a full revamp.

  No parking when you arrive after the new restaurant Kara has opened, we struggled to find a space and ended up parking on a grass verge. This problem has only occurred since the opening. This was a good base for us to visit family but now won't be able to use this one. We arrived back to our room in the afternoon and had to stay put for the evening in order to keep a parking space. Apparently Kara can host hundreds of people which poses an incredible problem with where they all park!

  Rooms are tired, no accesable rooms or upgrades avaliable. service great as was breakfast. New restaurant next door just opened and very busy, taking majority of patking spaces no disabled parking available.
