  Didn’t had booking had to phone up and book it 3 in the the guy over the phone was so Helpful such a nice hotel room was clean staff was friendly.

  Excellente expérience au niveau du personnel de cet hôtel, surtout l'équipe du matin qui a été très compréhensive et avenante. Le monsieur qui travaille jusqu'à 7h est un amour. L'accueil de notre chien a lui aussi été parfait. Petit bémol pour la propreté de la chambre où il y avait un peu de moisissure en bas de la douche, une mite et une araignée morte dans la chambre

  Always stay here when visiting family in the area, or hopping across the Channel. Beautiful 1930's Listed Art Deco building house a superb Holiday Inn Express. Spotlessly clean, wonderful friendly staff and a great free breakfast to boot.........What more could you ask for!?

  Absolutely clean as a whistle and more comfortable than beds at home. Linen crisp and sparkling white. Room was spotless. Staff at front desk were very obliging and helpful. Breakfast was basic but what more do you need than scrambled egg, sausage, bacon, beans etc. Cereals, muffins, croissants and jams, fruit and toast were all available. As much Fruit juice, great cappuccino and tea as you wanted. I would have just loved black pudding and a choice of poached egg or fried egg as scrambled gives me the heeby jebbies! We enjoyed two evening there. Great location if you are exploring the surrounding areas. We unfortunately just needed to be close to the hospital as our mother had taken ill. She did enjoy the croissant with marmalade that I snuck out for her one morning. Would definitely book in again. 😍

  Had two nights here. Staff are very nice, reception area is nice. However, very disappointed in the rooms. The bathroom looks so old and dirty, the floor was awful. The shower has clearly been leaking for a very long time. The water pressure wasn’t very good. It made the room have a faint mouldy/fousty smell. The sofa bed was so lumpy and springy, it was even broken on one side. There were ants in our room, we asked to switch rooms but they said there weren’t any spare rooms, they said they would fumigate the rooms but the ants were still there, they said they knew about the ants but they still hire out the room 🤷‍♀️ The breakfast was average, but the cleanliness of the whole experience made me not want to eat there. Location is good. Minster village is lovely.
