- CWChris White3 days ago5.0I enjoyed a 3-night stay last week. Plus points: unbeatable location if arriving by train, really clean and well organised, friendly and very helpful staff. And I love the breakfasts! Negative points: there weren't any - they did everything right!
- AHAlison Hawkins3 days ago4.0Good sized room. Shower a bit weedy. Don't like the inpersonal auto check in/out..who are you supposed to ask if you have a question?! Good location. Hoovering could be better..obvious bits on carpet..otherwise very clean. Breakfast not great but evening food was lovely and very good value ( service was very poor though). Could have done without the 7am siren! Overall good value for money
- MMMichael Magee5 days ago1.0Avoid at all costs! Staff attitude was really bad, not welcoming at all. Tried to check in to be told I didn't have a booking. Went to the bar and got it sorted there. Room was ok. I was in room 406 the ac control was broken and sink had a build up of gunk in it. The paint on the walls were also on the future. Kept up most of the night with the trains going past and woken up at 7.05am with a fire alarm. No apology given at all. The hotel is literally like what you see around margate these days......

All staff members were friendly, everywhere was spotlesly clean, the room was quiet and dark with black out curtains, and it was great being able to leave our luggage before and after check in/out.
- RGRobert GoddardSep 26, 20263.0The hotel was up to the usual Premier Inn standard. I have stayed in many over the years and have always said that the only difference is the view out of the window. The downside here was the shower, the pressure has been lowered so much that the water flow was pathetic and it was a most disappointing experience, hence the three stars.
