Enjoyed my stay at this place. I loved the decoration in the restaurant area. All the staff was very helpful and friendly, Ali really stood out who greeted us at breakfast and made everything easier and was very polite and welcoming. Bedrooms are very clean and modern would definitely stay here again.

Clean double room, recently renovated. Only downside was it was in the block behind the main part of the hotel, so a not so nice view of the car park and bins. Car Park was fine for me as I had early check in, but it looked full up later in the day, which would worry me if I had to drive anywhere. Parking also costs £3 per night for guests, which isn't much, but I think it should be free for guests. On arrival, I paid for parking at the machine (was simple enough) and went through to reception, where I couldn't use the self-check in, because I was checking in early, but a guy behind the bar immediately came to our aid and did it all for us. Went to try and open the door to the building and couldn't see where to scan our card (we are stupid), but a cleaner then came to my aid and showed us (after which it was really obvious and I felt foolish). :D After that was plain sailing, and we had a good stay. Didn't try the food, due to reading iffy reviews about the restaurant, but the room was everything we needed and I can't complain about that. Could be a little more generous with towels though (had only one bath towel and one small for 2 adults). Located right next to the station, so convenient for some. One huge downside is it's also next to something we nicknamed 'The Crack Tower', which looks dilapidated, dangerous, abandoned and ugly. Incredibly people still live in it. FIVE stars for the room and helpful staff though. Thank you. :)

Hayden, Freddie and Ian who were on reception throughout our 2 night stay were amazing trying to sort out the bed situation and towels. I was in an accessible room and paid for 2 single beds. I lost count how many times I complained that housekeeping had NOT split the beds to singles of left any towels. The communal toilet for the ladies off the restaurant was filthy, looked like it had been weeks since cleaned but this was addressed again by reception not housekeeping. I have stayed here, in the same room a few times and never had an issue but how things have changed. Very disappointing as in a marvellous location

We had a very comfortable stay at Premier Inn Margate with our family and baby. The room was very neat, clean, and tidy, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff and room service were extremely helpful and always ready to assist whenever needed. One of the best parts of this hotel is its excellent location – everything is nearby, including the main attractions, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away! This made it very convenient for travelling with family. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Margate.

This was our first visit since the revamp. We booked early check in, arrived at 11am but was told early check in is from 11:00/15:00 if your room is ready. Just be aware you might not get your room until 14:00. The reception staff checked out what room was ready and we was in by 11;15. We booked the upgraded room and was very pleased. The restaurant is a lot smaller than before but very nice. The pre booked breakfast was really good. I ordered poached eggs and they was cooked perfect. The staff are a big improvement than the last time we was there. All the staff we interacted with were very good. Ali at breakfast was very happy in his job and it seemed he really did like the guests. Well done to all the team.
