Come here during the Herne Bay Festival and Carnival to make a great weekend of it, then travel back to the hotel for some lovely food at our on-site Premier Inn restaurant and a great night's sleep.

- GHGma's HouseJun 7, 20264.0A great atmosphere. The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful, especially the chef. He was so happy, great personality, nothing was too much trouble, great food. Rooms were clean but windows were covered in white paint outside. Hotel has a good English vibe.

Especially a big thank you to Sophie for your amazing customer service and help with my dietary needs 😊 Room got a little too hot at night but was very comfortable. Easy to get to via car and bike. Definitely recommend.

- RHRosie HMay 1, 20265.0This is such a perfect location. I have stayed many times when I come to visit family. I have never been disappointed with anything, it's always been brilliant. Clean, comfortable, anything you need attended to effectively. I always enjoy my stay. It was the first time I have had an evening meal at Premier Inn, and I have say, it was really pleasant, and good value for money. I do want to mention 2 members of staff: Ruby Frazier who was serving meals, manning the reception area when it was very busy. She was polite, efficient, friendly, very patient with guests in many ways. Mitchell the chef who was working frantically to prepare cook and serve all the meals. They both did a superb job, and I think they deserve a little praise. It can be challenging dealing with the public, and they were superb. I am very happy to highly recommend this hotel.
