  OK for a night but would not stay longer. Room was unbearably hot.

  Thermostat was 29c was cooler outside the fan provided just blew hot air around, skids in the toilet, pubic hair in the bath, sealant around bath/sink area old with mould & the floors were dirty had not been hoovered. We arrived 10.30pm very late and tired just wanted to sleep, so we let reception know next morning when checked out…rubbish sleep due to it being so hot. £100 for 1 night and the lack of basic cleaning isn’t acceptable, will not be returning.

  Its ok. You known what you're getting. Room was ok (but incredibly hot, no air con) Clean enough but could do with a hoover. Is what it is, not overly expensive but does the job.

  Terribly hot room with a useless fan. The ridiculous policy of unopening windows made it far worse. Outside was cooler but we couldn’t get any air in. It was better to sleep in my car rather than here. Got nowhere with Good night sleep guarantee - Don’t waste your money staying here!!

  Travelling from North wales 2 adults and 2 teenage boys we arrived at 11:45 pm the room was unbearably hot with a fan doing absolutely nothing and the room thermostat said 29 degrees, the window would open a couple of cm so rather pointless. Outside was very cool but the room was ridiculous we didn’t sleep well for the 2 nights we was staying and had a long journey back to North wales, no point complaining and using their goodnight sleep policy as they won’t do anything about it and just repeat what you said to them and state that it says it has no air conditioning on the website. Disappointed to say the least.
