  Well located hotel, friendly staff and clean rooms. Restaurant and breakfast a little light, but a decent Premier Inn.

  My fiancé and I had our engagement party in the area and had all our friends stay here. Aby and Phoebe helped us have the best night possible. We had a small after-party gathering in the dining area and Aby and Phoebe helped us with some complimentary Prosecco to celebrate the occasion. They took care of us well into the night and made sure we had a great time!! Thank you so much, ladies :D

  Stayed here on Saturday for one night with my child. I found this site and room clean and front staff member on arrival was very polite and helpful (sorry forgotten her name). Even the other staff working ie maids/house keeper were polite. Sarah was also very polite and helpful, they worked hard and from their warm and great customer service, definitely recommend and happy to go back there to stay. Thanks again for hospitality. Lovely front bar/dining area. Breakfast was plentiful and standard. There is a Asda supermarket less than 5 mins walk. The only reason I gave it 4 stars (would give it 4.5) the room was noisy due to air vent so wasn’t best night sleep for me but otherwise rooms spacious for us and clean. Thanks again

  I had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn, Chatham/Gillingham. The room was clean, spacious and most importantly, the mattress was very comfortable. Room darkening curtains were a plus for me too. A big shout out to Sarah who was so warm and welcoming....always with a lovely smile and genuine care. The restaurant in the hotel serves a good variety of food. It's just all in all a very welcoming place. Short Uber ride to the train station. Location was ideal for me for my business purposes and the ASDA grocery store was a short walk away. If I'm back visiting this area, I don't need to look at any other hotels. Thank you Sarah & team!
