  What a lovely team you have here. Stayed at a few premier inns and must say the service I received here was excellent. Even the chef is friendly and talked to the customers. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect. Food was nice we ate here 2 out of the 4 evenings we stayed. Although had breakfast everyday, can’t beat the selection of fresh fruit and pastries as well as all you can eat cooked food, coffee, juice. The restaurant team were always on top of everything. The entire place was clean and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

  Came for breakfast the other morning didn’t book a room. Food served by the lovely les met all our needs food was hot and fresh will most certainly be returning. Other staff were lovely but spoke to Les the most a true credit to the hotel!

  The location was good for us, but unfortunately the room and the service were a complete nightmare. The room was extremely stuffy, with no working ventilation at all!!! We called reception and even went downstairs several times to complain, but the staff member was not even willing to help. Instead, she kept saying that she had no one available to help us. We stayed for 3 nights, and it was honestly a nightmare. We checked in late on the first night, but on both Saturday and Sunday we complained several times and nothing was done. The service and the room deserve 0 stars. We have never experienced anything this bad before. I have now opened a case with their Guest Relations team and provided evidence, including pictures showing how the windows were completely wet from condensation due to the humidity in the room. I also have records of my conversations with the staff member who was not willing to help us. I have now been waiting 5 working days for a response from Guest Relations, which just shows how unprofessional they are. You would expect them to take a complaint like this seriously and deal with it urgently. We will absolutely contact Medway council for further investigation of the hotel.

  It's ok, as Premier Inn's go. I generally use the Premier Plus rooms, as I don't have to pay for them so the rooms are decent. The staff have been great, restaurant and front desk and last night's Fish and Chips were excellent 👍

  One rude staff member, very smelly attitude and wasn’t welcoming. Needs thorough training.
