  Stayed at Voco Clifton Hotel on many occasions, loved it for the Mother’s Day weekend when we also booked are Daughter and partner in for the celebration, also back to the hotel for the St Patrick’s week, weekend in Folkestone, the hotel is 5 stars and all what you would expect with all the usual utilities & factuality’s spotlessly clean, bedding comforting high powered walk in shower with marble surroundings, room spacious and bathroom. Only one point that comes to mind, but is not an issue if you’re not interested in watching the tv in the morning or evening, is that the tvs are mounted at the side of the bed in some rooms, Costa coffee downstairs and also a bonus Marco Pierre White Bar & Grill Restaurant a Must. Bar lounge lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, pianist on Sunday in the reception lounges, reception team friendly and attentive. Always a pleasure visit, and booked back in for Christmas or before ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cecilia & David

  An old hotel, beautifully modernised. Great location. Parking a bit hit or miss, but great if you are lucky! Exceptionally helpful and very pleasant staff.

  Whilst the room is well appointed, the walls are terribly thin. Heard every word of my neighbours. WiFi is very poor quality, no mini fridge and weirdly, the fire alarm has the brightest LEDs known to man which flash every 30 seconds or so. So as a room, I have definitely stayed in many better places. As a location, it’s very easy to access and staff are pleasant. But again, I’m here mainly as a need to rest and sleep and I didn’t find it restful.

  We had drinks & light buffet on Saturday 30th May early evening before attending a show at The Leas Cliff Hall. We were well looked after with seating outside with shade. They looked after the Birthday cake we bought with us and presented it to the Birthday Girl when asked. I would thoroughly recommend this venue. There were 12 of us. Thank you for great service

  excellent stay by British standards :) clean rooms. friendly and helpful staff. deliciously fresh seafood menu in the restaurant as well as chicken and drinks. superb stay overall and deffo coming back again! thank you 🙏
