  The staff were fantastic and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We travelled down with our 1 and 3 year olds and all adjustments to the room were catered to. They even attached a toddler toilet seat in the bathroom which we didn’t ask for. Really class hotel for a major chain and the staff were so lovely. Will be back again in the future if we plan to use Le Shuttle again.

  Stupid policy for charging. Pointlessly have to walk in to the hotel to scan a qr code to validate “parking” whilst charging. Why not just offer free parking for an hour? Why do I need to drag the kids out the car to go and scan a qr code. Why isn’t the qr code on the charger. It’s totally unnecessary.

  Do not come here if you have an electric car, this hotel always gets busy with tourists going in the Eurotunnel the next day for holidays. They do not enforce any policy for non EV cars parking in EV bays overnight, therefore restricting the EV drivers from charging up. Car park completely over ran. 60 non EV spaces all full and 12 EV spots, 70% taken up by non EV cars. Need to be enforced better

  If you’re staying on the first floor all night you can hear loud buzzing coming from downstairs and slamming doors coming from misting the building. Tragic night sleep
