  I highly recommend this hotel. It's super friendly for guests with dogs, and breakfast is included in the price, very close to the Euro Tunnel. It's clean and the food is delicious. The staff was very helpful and polite.I recommend paying for parking only after checking in because you'll get a discount. We went there twice in one week and it was fantastic.

  Just dropped in for coffee while my car was charging. Friendly service from the receptionist and a quite reasonable coffee from the machine.

  For the last 5 years we travel twice a year to the uk for a familie visit. Like always we stayed at the holiday Inn Express to catch the train in the morning. Yes the hotels location to the tunnel is perfect and its rooms are clean etc etc. But I have to recognise the Staff!!! Wonderful people who greet you with a smile. Helpful and Caring and no Question is too much. A credit to your Hotel. We are very much looking forward to our next stay. THANK YOU

  Good and clean rooms, dog friendly, standard breakfast, good location. The fees for the dog and the parking are pretty high, compared to other hotels...

  ⭐️ 1 star Tesla owners beware! We stopped here specifically to charge our Tesla for 29 minutes, stayed just 32 minutes, and still received a £60 parking charge for not paying separately for parking. Very disappointing and poorly communicated. Avoid this place if you’re relying on the EV chargers.
