  Dusty dusty dusty. We were booked into room 12 which was possibly the most dusty room I’ve ever stayed in in my life. Dust was coated in the corners of the room. Opening the curtains revealed massive amounts of dust and moving the curtains created so much airborne dust it felt like hazard to breathe. There was also a lot of evidence of dust on the air conditioning vent which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. This place was fine a few years ago but seems like the cleanliness standards have gone down hill dramatically.

  Self service check in worked well. Shower was broken and didn’t work properly, neither did the tv. There was no staff about to mention this to. Quiet rooms though and big comfy bed.

  We stayed here for a weekend getaway to explore the local area. Having stayed in many Premier Inns over the years, we can confidently say this is one of the better ones. There was plenty of parking, and every staff member we encountered was cheerful and accommodating. Both our room and the communal areas were immaculate. We had breakfast at the in-house restaurant both mornings, and the food was delicious with plenty of options. On our second morning, the chef unfortunately ran late, but the rest of the team rallied together beautifully. Aside from a very brief wait for a few items, you never would have known there was a delay. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area

  Hotel is fine and staff were great. However booked a premier+ room and there was nothing 'plus' about it! The bed felt the same as any other we've experienced at Premier Inn. Yes it had a pod coffee machine but produced cold coffee. TV was smaller than in normal rooms and the back was missing off the remote and the batteries were definitely dodgy. Worse thing though was tge supposed rain shower was awful. Couldn't work out how to make the rain shower work and could only get water out of the attached shower head. No knobs to pull, or turn, and the part that was supposed to hold the shower up was broken. Hard to make a complaint once you're in there but I certainly won't be rushing to book a supposed 'plus' room again. But just to say staff were fab. Girl instead evening at the bar was helpful and chatty and the breakfast staff also great, and the cook was ace. The fried eggs had been standing too long and he was quick to cook some fresh and breakfast was delicious. A mixed bag but let down by the room unfortunately.

  TERRIBLE! Premium Inn management need to sort themselves out. Had an awful experience, got to the hotel, ALL EV CHARGERS out of order. Stupid check-in terminals did not work due to dust! The Premier Inn app had booked my room for the next day and not tonight. So the person on reception had to spend 10mins on the phone asking for area managers approval to allow us spend the night at the hotel. Then it was an EXTRA £87 to stay the night! I could have driven Ashford Premier Inn for only £35 but given I had no charge in my car. I as loyal customer and SHAREHOLDER the recent standards are terrible, I don’t want to hear ‘it is not our car park’ I want Premium Inn to get the EV chargers fixed and treat their customers well. PS: the dining area has got very STICKY FLOORS, it’s disgusting and very low class. Basic cleaning skills, please put the premier back into Premier Inn!
