  We booked as a walk in and we’re not told there was no air conditioning. The room was 27.5 degrees. The window only opened a crack and that was into a noisy dual carriageway. I would not recommend anyone to stay here due to climate damage extreme heat in the summer.

  Hotel voor een nachtje ivm de ferry die dichtbij is. Evengoed nog 1,5 nodig gehad om bij de ferry te komen ivm extreme zomervakantie drukte. Hotel is basic maar prima. Je kan makkelijk zelf inchecken met qr code of persoonlijk.Geen airco dus erg warm deze zomer, wel twee ventilatoren in de kamer. We waren met twee volwassenen en twee kinderen op de kamer maar er stonden maar twee theekopjes. Dat is beetje jammer. Ontbijt was heerlijk en de gastheer was erg enthousiast. Geen ochtendhumeur en zo begonnen wij de dag meteen met een lach! Complimenten! Volgend jaar zullen we hier weer komen als we naar ons favoriete vakantieland gaan.

  We stayed for 5 nights and our rooms were cleaned once during our entire stay, despite daily requests with reception and hanging the room clean sign on the door. The restaurant was OK but overall experience poor, clean rooms should not be regarded as an optional extra but instead a basic service. Reception were not overly interested and referred me to WhatsApp chat, which wasn't accepting new chats no matter what the tome of day I tried. The Premier Inn help number was also unobtainable. Maybe someone from the hotel will see this review and reach out before we leave. 😦

  Even after many years since the last time, I've been, there is still no air conditioning in the rooms we were given a little fan that didn't do much for a family of 4. The rooms are not big so don't expect much space. Beds are not the comfortable. Alright for just sleeping there to catch the ferry in the next day!

  Shame there was no air con in the room, it was very hot, there was a little fan, but not ideal. Car park isn't free anymore unfortunately. Receptionists and staff very helpful on arrival, didn't really use any other services. Maybe it's time for Premier Inn to upgrade their rooms with cleaner carpet, or maybe good laminate would be much better. Overall I suppose it's still remain very convenient for visiting the Cliffs and the Castle, and for people crossing the channel, though I went to visit Travelodge around the corner and I did have a very good impression
