  Wir haben vor der Fährüberfahrt wieder hier übernachtet. Dieses Mal waren unsere Eindrücke gemischt. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war gemütlich und sauber. Aber es war viel zu warm darin. Der Ventilator lief die ganze Nacht durch. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Aber das Restaurant ist leider gar nichts mehr. Das Essen war lauwarm und nicht besonders lecker. Der einzige Lichtblick war ein junger Mann von der Bedienung. Er war flott und freundlich. Den Namen wissen wir nicht, nur das er etwas Deutsch konnte. Das Frühstück heute war auch nichts. Es hatte ewig gedauert, bis das Buffet aufgefüllt wurde und wir uns etwas holen konnten. Es war auch nicht besonders warm. Dafür ist der Preis eindeutig zu hoch. Und das nun auch Parkgebühren verlangt werden ist auch nicht gut.

  1.Well the thing to note was booking no person present at the reception desk. A sign saying ring bell which i did with no response 10 mins. Member of staff turn up with negative response and stated the obvious you here to check in then. i was infromed that I need to pay for over night parking after paying to stay at the hotel 2.The room wasn't that good light switch on dressing table wasn't working. The double bed was all sunk on one side. No air conditioning 3 Breakfast in the morning, I was told that some of the items were not available. However, I was still charged the full price £11,99 1.with no milk for my cereal ? 2. no eggs available for full english ? 3.limited bread Milk was only available for tea and Coffee The hotel staff member reply with we are not allowed to go to local shop buyer supplies it has to be delivered

  Room was way too hot, it was cool outside but boiling inside the room. Couldn’t wait to get out. There was a fan inside the room and the window was open and it did nothing. Apart from that it was great but it was way too stuffy!

  Great room and comfortable beds as always, but a major disappointment at breakfast. As frequent guests who stay at Premier Inns 7 to 8 times a year, this fell well below their usual standard. The breakfast room was severely understaffed and poorly managed. We had to hunt down staff just to pay, multiple buffet items like yogurt and croissants were empty, and the only coffee machine was broken with no warning given. Multiple guests had to repeatedly ask staff to replenish items like eggs and other food. While the young male team member worked hard and stayed polite, the female staff member in charge was unfriendly, uncommunicative, and appeared to find chatting with the handyman more important than managing the breakfast service. A rare miss for a brand we normally love.
