Then come back over to the hotel for some tasty food at our Beefeater restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.

Our room was quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. The aircon was a bit 'fierce' - it was very warm outdoors and so it was appreciated, although it didn't seem to respond to my attempts to alter the temperature - I switched it off when it got too cold. The hotel wifi kept buffering, but my mobile signal was okay so I used that instead. There is lots of parking and the £3.30 charge per day is reasonable, but why not build it in to the room price and advertise FREE PARKING? We'll definitely use Premier Inn Dartford again.
- PEPaul EclipseJul 15, 20264.0Stay in Premiers around the UK quite a lot. Mainly because they offer reasonable value for money most of the time and a room and service you can rely on. Friendly staff, usual good rooms and good service. Found it convenient for visiting areas south of the river. Parking a bit pricey and breakfast buffet was overwhelmed during our stay, though the food was good. Our stay was during one of the heatwave periods. The room was unbearably warm during the night and no fans provided (in our room at least)- something to be aware of.
- DEDanielle EllisJul 5, 20261.0Absolutely diabolical stay at this hotel. After a incident with the air conditioning not working last year we phoned before booking to check it was working. We were assured it was and we booked. On arrival we asked again and was told apart from a few rooms it wasn't working ours wasn't one of them. LIES get to our room and there is a tall standing fan. Alarm bells started ringing our air conditioning was not working. Went down to reception and complained and was told by another employee it was the hotel as a whole Funnily enough reception was freezing!!!! Not acceptable at all. No opening window and the room was like a furnace. On leaving a couple behind is we're also about to complain. We will not be returning to this hotel again I was offered a full refund after complaining to guest relations
