Breakfast was a fair selection including tea coffee and juices. Reception staff were friendly enough. I don't like that you have to pay £6 a night to park the car when there are no other options

- LSL SSep 15, 20261.0Room was dirty. Asked the staff to change the sheets, I was told that they would only do that for stays that are longer than 5 days - even though it was dirty to begin with. Then when I left them a negative review about their refusal to change the sheets, they lied and said it was because they saw a 'do not disturb' sign on my door. It is sad that instead of just accepting feedback in good faith they have to resort to lying to defend themselves. I had a literal conversation with a member of their staff who said to me that they will only change the sheets after day 5 and now they are denying it. Unprofessional and dishonest.

Looking forwards to breakfast tomorrow! Room lovely and clean. Drink options lovely and a kettle. Iron and board and hair dryer in room if needed too. Bedding clean and comfy.Although we brought our own pillows! Parking pay easy due to reception helping. Thankyou.
