- PKPeeyush KulshresthaOct 4, 20265.0Very good place to stay. Nice and helpful staff, especially Denise. We had some concern and she helped resolve it. Rooms were clean and noise level was less. Breakfast was also good. Overall, good experience and value for money!
- EGEsther GeorgeSep 22, 20265.0Centralize location in the heart of Canterbury. Close to Universities and shopping malls within a walking distance. Their rooms are big and such comfortable mattress and pillows. English breakfast is served at an ""all you can eat" every morning. Taste their pizza and you can feel the smoke, literary 😊. Friendly staff and a lovely place to stay.
- CBCheryl BraniffSep 16, 20264.0On reading all the previous reviews, customers who leave negative ones seem to forget that this is a budget friendly hotel. Staff at Premier Inn work extremely hard, especially the staff who clean the rooms. My accessible room was clean, comfortable and as I paid for Premier Plus, I had a mini fridge and coffee machine. Lovely! Being greeted by the lovely Denise made my stay memorable. She was friendly and very helpful. I do hope she stays with this team, as she is a fine representative for the brand. Thank you for a great stay. My room had a lovely view of the Cathedral…bonus!
