  Premium plus room at Bexley Heath was very clean, well presented and comfortable. Jo on reception was really helpful and very welcoming. Very happy that we chose this hotel.

  The staff are all very friendly with a special shout out to Josephine on reception who was most helpful and very welcoming. The beds were so comfortable even the extra bed in the family room and all very clean. Hotel is positioned in within a stroll to the shops and high street and 15 mins on foot to the train station.

  We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room service was outstanding—fast, friendly, and always helpful. The staff were polite and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

  Myself and my partner booked a room. Upon arrival we tried to check ourselves in but the QR code would not work. The male receptionist offered to help and tried to locate our booking on the computer but couldn't, therefore, he called over a female manager, who also failed to locate our booking. (I had the booking confirmation, reference, and the statement showing money taken from my account.) She then proceeded to ask when we booked the room as we shouldn't have been able to because they were fully booked... However, she then proceeded to book us in to a room. Further to this, she gave us the wrong room number so we were trying to enter someone else's room for a few minutes so my partner had to go back to reception to get this corrected. The male employee told the female employee that she had written the wrong room number. The room we stayed on was big, and fairly clean, however there was a slight sewage smell that kept coming and going. When we checked out the next day, there wasn't any member of staff on reception, therefore, I emailed guest relations about the problems we experienced, however, we were shocked by the response we received that practically called us liars because the 'hotel manager doesn't recollect" any of the events! I would never stay there again that's for sure. Two employees that lie about what happens, two employees that tell you they are fully booked when they aren't, and a "guest relations" team that do nothing to accommodate or compensate your negative experience.
