  This was the worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. First, the room wasn't cleaned, there was blood on 2 of the bed and false eye lashes on my bed and i dont wear fake eyelashes. The room was so hot that we had to have the window open all night causing mosquitos to come in and we had 2 fans. The fans they provided were broken and cracked so we couldn't face them down. This caused the fan to click against the metal all night, the fan blades were chipped and the quality overall was terrible. The water from the shower flooded the floor making the whole room smell damp and the shower curtain was terrible too. Hotel also lied and said that booking a table at 5 was impossible yet the place had many tables still even at 5. I do not recommend.

  Just had two nights here so time for a review…great location,friendly helpful staff and lovely breakfast served next door at the Beefeater pub. Unfortunately the hotel is very tired indeed and requires modernisation asap,The room we stayed in was very poor indeed,the room carpet needs a professional deep clean to remove heavily ingrained dust to all corners and angles of the room.A very noisy fan to the bathroom and cobwebs above the panel heater and TV were easily noticeable.We use Premier Inns up and down the country and this is by far the worst we have experienced,please avoid…

  One of the worst Premier Inns I’ve stayed in, Maybe the worst. The hotel is clearly dated and needs refurbishing as the carpets are old and gross, the walls are yellowing and the rooms are dusty and humid. The bathroom smelt musty and the tiles on the wall had the previous users hair on them so obviously the staff didn’t clean it. The beds didn’t feel premier inn standard as well. Also the shower was ridiculously powerful like genuinely it felt like I was being pummelled by a power wash. Would definitely stay away from this premier inn as there are many more in the area which surely can’t be as bad.

  We visited Premier Inn Ashford North for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. We had a good night's sleep over our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of free parking at that time. Ashford North was a quiet place with no noisy traffic. We would use this Premier Inn again.
