The receptionist was extremely helpful, and the breakfast team were wonderfully bubbly and friendly in the morning. Shout out to Shelia… so lovely and helpful

It was only 18° outside in the evening, no attempt to cool the room had been made and the window barely opened when we tried. Icing on the cake was the noise of the broken fan. Was told they weren't able to refund and we left and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express nearby. Would not stay again and has made me wary of picking Premier Inn again.
