  Wir haben für mehrere Nächte dort übernachtet. Es lag für unsere Ausflugsziel sehr zentral. Das Hotel war ok. Nur waren die Zimmer extrem warm. Ohne Ventilator wären wir nachts wahrscheinlich geschmolzen. Aber gut schlafen konnten wir leider nicht. Das Personal war freundlich. Im Restaurant haben wir 2 mal gesessen und waren angenehm überrascht. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Kostenlose Parkplätze gab es ebenfalls ausreichend.

  Rooms are full of cobwebs, dusty. Grimy, too hot. Fan was full of dust and didn’t do anything. Spiders everywhere. Restaurant was also very poor. We complained and was just told “your the 4th person to complain today” Avoid

  Lovely staff and great breakfast. As I am gluten free Premier Inn really look after you!

  A very tired hotel, our room was like an oven no ventilation. The carpets through out are filthy, also the restaurant is poor. One coffee machine at breakfast is just not enough. Reception staff were very friendly and happy to help. In summary it does a job but premier inn standards have dropped hugely in the last few years.

  Lovely ladies at front desk, but the hotel seemingly has problems with mechanical temperature regulation in rooms. Room temperature: 26+ degrees celsius, - outside temp 17 degrees. Impossible to sleep properly because of heat in room, with still a long day of travelling ahead. To 'cool' the room: all night a noisy fan blowing al night at maximum power. Further: a lack of hygiene (some photos not fit to share online). Cost of this experience: 90 GBP (price excl breakfast and fast internet). Will file formal complaint about the unhealthy and unsanitairy conditions in this hotel at the Environmental Health Department of Ashford Borough Council.
